The Country Cat-Portland, OR

A cocktail with sorbet in it…. Have you ever seen this on a menu? I certainly hadn’t until I dined at the Country Cat in Portland, OR. I will feature a more robust review featuring their food options, but I’d like to dedicate a post strictly to their cocktails. It took me nearly 10 minutes to decide on an option. What drew me to this particular beverage was lemon sorbet being in the description. In my mind, there was slight hesitation due to it sounding more like a dessert. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The tang of the lemon in the martini mixed with the sweetness of the sorbet was delectable! The cocktail was also smooth with the sorbet melting so “purrrfectly” (I had to!) . Check them out guys!
